The plays
Primordial Soup
Directed by: Lily Fernald
GOD: Max Cromwell
SERA: Brittany Burke
A collaboration co-written with Megan Tripaldi from 2016 and revised/rewritten for this production. God requests help from a seraphim on how to enrich the original “recipe” for primordial soup. Whether God’s new variation on humanity will succeed or not is a matter of balance, texture, and faith in culinary tradition
Satan Sees Moths and Horses
Directed by: Lily Fernald
SATAN: Michela Micalizio
SECRETARY: Kara Haupt
INTERN: Eric Norgaard
Originally titled “Lucifer,” this short play is a heavy revision of a script first produced three years ago. Satan’s lack of interest in leading a bureaucratic Hell is exacerbated when they would rather hole up in their room than deal with a hearty dose of birthday cheer from the condemned throngs. However, Satan’s close assistant demonstrates their capability for handling such a contingency.

Blue is my Favorite Flavor
Directed by: Megan Tripaldi
FAUSTUS: Hollie Pryor
BAD ANGEL: Eric Norgaard
MEPHISTOPHILIS: Mary Kate Ganza
SATAN: Michela Micalizio
Loosely based on the Elizabethan play Doctor Faustus by Christopher Marlowe, Faustus summons the devil Mephistophilis with the help of their malign angel. After Mephistophilis makes a rough transition into the modern world, both the devil and Faustus attempt to root out each others’ motives while establishing the terms of their bargain.
